The Tailor
Dayglow's newest and most versatile studio. This space offers the same perfect natural light, or if you prefer to shoot studio light we have blackout curtains for both the skylight and the windows. The downstairs has a truly unique feature that can't be found at any other studio. Along the length of our twenty-five-foot wall is a track system that hangs three hand-painted canvas backdrops. Behind the backdrops is a textured concrete wall. This system allows the photographer to have four different backdrops without even moving. On the opposite side of the room sits a vintage sewing machine, a tailor's mannequin, a standing mirror, a black leather Chesterfield chair, and a velvet Chesterfield leather sofa. The studio also has a granite counter makeup station with two LED-lit vanity mirrors.
Upstairs you'll find a 15x9 foot L-shaped cyclorama wall, which sits underneath a large skylight. The natural light coming from the skylight above lights the cyc wall perfectly. There is also the option to blackout the skylight and windows and use our LED / RGB light panels hung above the cyc wall. These LED panels can be easily controlled with an iPad which is mounted to the wall. The light panels have full RGB color range allowing you to change the cyc wall to any color you desire. There is also a 4k projector that points at the cyc wall which also can be controlled from the iPad. You can easily project any image or video across the length of the wall. From the beautiful textures and backdrops downstairs to the pre-lit RGB Cyc wall upstairs, this studio gives you the ability to create video and still images in a multitude of styles.
